CRANE BASE INSTALLED
Excavation works at Riverbank are now well advanced and are expected to be completed in the coming weeks. A key construction milestone is approaching, with the crane base now poured and installed. We expect to see the site’s tower crane installed shortly.
EXCAVATION UNDERWAY
Excavation works are progressing well, with the first section of the site now reaching the lowest basement level.
PILING COMPLETED
Piling to allow for the excavation of the basement is now complete. This will allow excavation to commence in the new year.
SITE PREPARATION FOR PILING
The first phase of work is to prepare the site for piling.
This work to prepare the piling platform is already advanced, and the piling machine will be on-site in the coming weeks to commence works.
